YIN & RESTORATIVE

YIN YOGA

A gentle and relaxing all-levels class that works to release the connective tissue through longer holds and deep meditative breaths. This involves a series of seated and supine postures, with the assistance of props.

GENTLE & RESTORATIVE

A trauma-informed practice combining gentle and restorative yoga poses supported by blankets and bolsters, breathwork, meditation, and energy work. This is a complete practice for body, mind, and spirit and all experience levels are welcome.

FOUNDATION CLASSES

FOUNDATION TRAINING

An all levels class to combat hours of sitting, stress, and the imbalances of climbing. Activates the posterior muscle chain, anchoring the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to support your body in your muscles.

VINYASA 1 CLASSES

VINYASA FLOW

The perfect balance between practice and play. Each class will promote the balance between breath, strength, flexibility, and alignment. This class is multi-level, offering advanced poses with options for everyone.

SOULFUL YOGA I

Soulful Yoga combines Hatha Yoga with flowing Vinyasa elements for those seeking both mental clarity and physical challenge. Designed for practitioners at a 1-2 intensity level, with variations to engage beginner to advanced students.

FOUNDATIONS & CORE

For all levels: This class offers a foundation in understanding the fundamentals corework (lower abdominals/spine) and how to strengthen these areas through simple postures and more complex sequencing.Soulful Yoga II

VINYASA 2 CLASSES

FORREST & VINYASA

These classes start with core work, breath, feet & hands to initiate moving with intelligence and integrity. Classes focus on opening heart, hips, and back to strengthen and open climbers. Beginners and all levels welcome but be ready to sweat.

SOULFUL YOGA II

Soulful Yoga II combines Hatha Yoga with flowing Vinyasa elements for those seeking both mental clarity and physical challenge. Designed for practitioners at a 2-3 intensity level, with variations to engage advanced students.

DYNAMIC VINYASA

Offers a focus on balance, mobility, and breath. Great for improving body mobility and function and using your breath as a tool for better performance. It’s the work you do so that your body can keep up with all the fun stuff.

RADIANCE FLOW

An exploration of inner strength through movement, breath, and discovering how we can authentically radiate that power into our lives. We read a different Radiance Sutra each class and finish each class with a period of relaxation.

VINYASA SONIC FLOW

A practice linking breath, and movement, to build a path inward. A joyful expression of a traditional Vinyasa class emphasizing a strong and energetic flow to open, strengthen and empower body, mind and spirit.

MORNING SUNS

Start your Friday morning with sun salutations, or Surya Namaskar, a sequence of yoga poses that link breath with movement, traditionally practiced to honor and wake with the sun and warm up the body and spirit.
