FITNESS CLASSES

STRENGTH

Strength at Session will get you that pump that you’ve been looking for. These 45 minute sessions are geared towards lower reps with heavier weight and a higher rest to work ration. Strength classes are focused on hypertrophy and muscular growth.

POWER

Power at Session is for those looking to increase force production in movements that mimic real-life activities. These 45 minute sessions increase strength and speed while boosting metabolism and conditioning, which will get your heart rate pumping and your muscles popping.

ENDURANCE

Endurance at Session is designed for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. These workouts challenge your heart, muscles, and mindset through intentional, high-energy training. Expect to push your limits, build full-body stamina, and finish with that unbeatable post-workout bliss.

CORE

Core at Session welcomes all fitness levels and serves as the foundation for all movement. Youโ€™ll activate your entire core musculature while learning to stack your joints properly and move with intention. Expect core exercises that build strength and stability.

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp at Session is the serious trainers playground. When you see bootcamp on the schedule you’ll be sure to expect a jam packed session that will incorporate all four of our core fitness modalities; Strength, Power, Endurance and Core!

WHOLE BODY STRENGTH

This class will focus on building all major muscle groups in the upper, mid, and low body to create muscular tone, enhance movement, and improve performance in everyday activities of life.

PILATES

A 60-minute Pilates session designed for full-body, mindful movement. This class emphasizes the core foundations of Pilatesโ€”building core strength, improving mobility, and enhancing balance.
