FITNESS CLASSES

SESSIONFIT

SessionFit is a 45min. class offering a combination of functional and compound movements in a HIIT/Circuit style training environment. Our class styles will include full body strength.

WHOLE BODY STRENGTH

Class will focus on building all major muscle groups in the upper, mid, and low body to create muscular tone, enhance movement, and improve performance in everyday activities of life.

WHOLE BODY CORE

Whole Body Core is 50 minutes of full body strength training with a focus on building a stronger core, which is imperative to overall muscle growth, athletic performance, and life-long health.
