To freeze your membership, please click the “Your Account” button at the bottom of of our website.
The minimum length for a freeze is 1 month and freezes always begin on the 1st of a month. Monthly-billed memberships can be frozen for a maximum of 3 months. Prepaid memberships cannot be frozen. Each month, in place of your regular monthly dues, you’ll see a $15 charge for the freeze. This fee is a service fee and non-refundable.
Any membership changes must be submitted by the end of the month to take effect for the following month.
