Vinyasa Fyah is a blending of challenging movements, steady breath, core work, and mental fire to strengthen, open and re-inspire your body & mind. Drawing on Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and primal movement, this class will make you sweat. Perfect for climbers who want a little extra strength, mobility, and focus.

For this class:

  • Try to arrive 5-10 minutes early
  • This class is for ages 12yrs. and older
  • Questions welcomed by the instructor
  • Conversations before and after class are OK, at moderate volume
  • Cells phones on silence and away with your belongings
  • Clean and put away borrowed mats
  • Shoes are not allowed in the studio
