No, you will only be charged for the pro-rated amount of days left in the month. For example, if you sign up for an individual membership ($85/month) on June 20, you will be charged for your Initiation Fee plus the pro-rated monthly dues of $28.33 ($85 / 30 days = $2.83 per day X 10 remaining days in June).
We run billing on the 1st of each month.
Yes!
Members may bring 2 guests per month. However, if your guest is a first time visitor to Session, their visit will not count against your monthly guest pass allotment. In other words, you may bring as many first time visitors to Session for free (limit 1 per day)!
However, starting on November 1, 2024, guests will only be eligible to use one guest pass per month – after which they are welcome to use a punch card or day pass. This will reset on the first of the month after which they may use a guest pass again.
We recognize this is a significant change to our previous policy and are constantly striving to bring more value to our memberships. This change will empower Session’s goal of improving and investing in the member experience. To support this change, all guests passes will now include rental gear for the guest.
To freeze your membership, please click the “Membership Change Request” Button under the FAQ.
The minimum length for a freeze is 1 month and freezes always begin on the 1st of a month. Each month, in place of your regular monthly dues, you’ll see a $15 charge for the freeze. This fee is a service fee and non-refundable.
Membership freezes require must be submitted by the 25th of the month preceding. For example, if you want to freeze your membership and not be charged dues for November, we must receive a cancellation notice by October 25th.
To end your membership, please click the “Membership Change Request” Button under the FAQ. Any membership changes (terminations or freezes) must be submitted by the 25th of the month preceding. For example, if you want to cancel your membership and not be charged dues for November, we must receive a membership change request via the RGP form by October 25th.
Please keep in mind if you plan on returning to Session as a member in the future, we highly recommend freezing your membership instead of terminating. Our policy is to charge the initiation fee again, however if you return in less than 6 months, we offer a discounted initiation. If you return more than 6 months later, the full initiation fee will be charged.
