A new dawn for climbing
"Why am I doing this? Because I'm inspired and inspiration is what gives us a pulse. Because good isn't good enough. Because I'm not satisfied with the status quo. Because there's always room for innovation. And, I love a challenge. "
Ambitious projects are best tackled with passionate partners. When we met local developer Brad Baker, we knew this was a partner we could tie in with. It didn't hurt that the land we purchased happened to be in his family a few generations ago. Oh, and you take the Baker Avenue exit off of 101 to get to Session.
In December 2015, we found the perfect location for our project: an empty piece of land at the intersection of Highway 12 and 101. It's just the right size and zoning to allow for easy access from the highway, a 55' tall building, on site parking, and stunning freeway visibility.

Pitch 3: Architecture
Curious about the location, parking, building height, amenities, layout, or design? We are revealing the architecture of our project on March 1, a week before sharing it online. To receive an invite to the event (with food and beer!), RSVP below. Space is limited.
