As featured on the TrainingBeta Podcast, nationally-recognized psychologist (and Session Member) Dr. Jen Dragonette will provide a two-hour workshop to help improve your mental strength, mindfulness, and emotion regulation while climbing.
This workshop will provide specific skills and guidance to help manage anxiety and fear, self-defeating thought patterns, and frustration with yourself or your climbing partners. Participants will be given exercises to put these skills into practice and start climbing at their fullest potential.
