Born in the Canadian Rockies, Celeste brings 25 years of climbing experience including over a decade competing on the Canadian national team to her work as a climbing instructor.She has coached competitive teams, designed bouldering specific programs for adult climbers, and dedicated herself to helping others build not just strength, but a deeper connection to the movement and mindset of climbing. Her teaching style is grounded in creativity, exploration, and flow, with a focus on unlocking technique and inspiring climbers to take their skills beyond the gym and into the outdoors.
