Foam Rolling, Mobility and Breathwork Workshop

Join us for a revitalizing Recovery Workshop Led by fitness instructor Bria! This workshop will focus on Foam Rolling and Mobility with the use of breathwork.

This class will combine foam rolling techniques and static stretching to ease tightness in the body, as well as breathing techniques to enhance muscular release. These techniques can be used daily or as needed, and are great tools for enhancing performance and recovery.
